Based on the robust GAZ-AA 3-ton truck chassis, the GAZ-03-30 was a versatile 16-passenger bus. Originally produced in the early 1930s, its production resumed in 1945, making it the most common Soviet bus of the pre-war period. During WWII, these buses were vital, functioning as troop carriers, staff cars, and ambulances, with many even repurposed by the German Army. Over 14,800 units were produced between 1933 and 1950.

This kit is molded in light gray styrene and comprises 39 parts trees, along with a tree of clear parts and a fret of photo-etched parts, ensuring a high level of detail and accuracy. It represents the 1945 production variant, while also offering options to build the 1938 model.
