HAKOIRI MUSUME Inc. announces to launch new 1/6 scale pre-painted completed figure "Mariya illustration by Masami Chie" on April of 2026.
Masami Chie sensei is an illustrator who’s been active worldwide since 2013, working across multiple platforms as browser games, social games, magazine illustrations, manga, and figure character design.
This time we have turned Mariya, a character drawn by Masami-sensei, into a figure. According to Sensei, "Mariya is a present spirit who visits good kids on Christmas Eve after everyone’s asleep. I couldn’t decide whether I liked the ribbon digging into her skin or the loose, gappy look, so I just went with both!" We’ve recreated every detail in full digital 3D, Mariya’s slender yet curvy body, the way the ribbons wrap around her, the huge present box she sits on or floats behind her, and even her shiny, semi-transparent silver hair. The size is a big 1/6 scale with a total figure height of approx. 20cm.
