This high-end 1/100 scale kit brings the iconic MBF-P02 Gundam Astray Red Frame to life with the premium detail and engineering of the Hi-Resolution Model series. Unlike standard Master Grade kits, this model features a pre-assembled internal frame constructed with a combination of plastic and die-cast metal parts. This hybrid construction provides a heavy, stable foundation that mimics the density of a finished action figure while maintaining the rewarding experience of a traditional model build.

The external armor is designed with multiple surface finishes to create a realistic, multi-textured appearance. High-gloss white and deep red plastic parts are complemented by matte-finished grey sections and specialized textured processing on specific armor plates. These varying finishes highlight the complex, musculature-inspired design of the Astray, allowing the armor to slide and shift in conjunction with the joints for incredibly natural, human-like posing.

The centerpiece of the arsenal is the signature Gerbera Straight katana. The blade features a brilliant silver plating with an embossed hamon pattern to replicate the look of a real forged sword, and the tang is engraved with the Kikuichimonji inscription. A rotating sub-arm on the waist allows for realistic drawing and sheathing poses, ensuring the katana remains the focal point of any display.
