Formulated for exceptional color fidelity and durability, Mr. Color Shine Silver provides excellent coverage and adhesion, drying to a smoother and harder finish compared to Aqueous Hobby Color. It is ideal for a wide range of modeling projects, including military tanks, aircraft, car models, robot models, anime figures, and various plastic model kits.
For optimal results, Mr. Color paints require thinning with Mr. Thinner (standard, rapid, or leveling) for both application and cleaning tools. When brush painting, 1 to 2 coats are recommended, while airbrushing typically benefits from 2 to 3 coats. For airbrush application, thin the paint to a ratio of 1 part Mr. Color to 1-2 parts Mr. Thinner, adjusting based on desired viscosity. Note that this paint is not recommended for use on ABS resin parts.
