[F-26] 1/72 A-4C Skyhawk "Spirits"

Capture the essence of naval aviation with the Fujimi 1/72 A-4C Skyhawk "Spirits" plastic model kit. This highly detailed static display kit meticulously recreates the iconic "Scooter," a workhorse of the US Navy and Marine Corps. The A-4C variant introduced enhanced all-weather capabilities, making it a significant evolution of the Skyhawk design.

This kit features finely molded parts with crisp, recessed panel lines, providing an excellent foundation for a realistic build. Builders have the option to pose the aerodynamic brakes on the fuselage sides in either the open or closed position. The wing slats are molded separately, allowing them to be displayed in their characteristic extended position, as often seen when the aircraft is on the ground.

Included in the kit are plastic parts for one 1/72 scale A-4C Skyhawk.

Decals are provided to represent an aircraft from VA-76 "Spirits," Bureau Number 149645, with the tail code AG/301, as deployed on the USS Independence.

Underwing stores include a trio of drop tanks, a pair of rocket pods, and associated pylons. Also provided are Multiple Ejection Racks (MERs) and Triple Ejection Racks (TERs), offering options for ordnance loadouts (bombs or other munitions are not included).
