Beyond its role as a base, the Acrysion Base Color Blue also functions as an acrylic surfacer. Its large pigments are capable of filling minor scratches to a certain extent, providing a smoother canvas for your subsequent layers. While tap water can be used for dilution, GSI Creos recommends using their dedicated Acrysion thinner to achieve 100% of the paint's original performance. For cleaning, the paint is water-soluble before drying; once hardened, use Acrysion Tool Cleaner.
